How to place an order?

• Browse our shop and select the items you like.

• Click “Add to cart” to include them in your shopping cart.

✅ 2. Review your cart

• Go to the “Cart” section to check your selected items and their quantities.

🚚 3. Choose delivery method

• Select the delivery option that suits you best:
  🟩 Omniva, DPD, or UNISEND parcel terminal
  🟩 Courier to your specified address

• See the “Delivery options and costs” section for shipping prices.

🧾 4. Complete your order

• Click “Checkout”.

• Fill in your details:
  ✉️ Email address – order confirmation will be sent here.
  📱 Phone number – required for parcel terminal or courier delivery.
  🏠 Delivery address – if using a courier, please include the full address and recipient’s phone number in the notes.

💳 5. Make the payment

• Orders for parcel terminals are processed only after full payment has been received in the seller’s account.

• Payment options include card, internet banking, invoice, or ESTO3 payment solutions.

📦 6. Receive your order

• Delivery to parcel terminals takes 1–4 business days after payment is received.

• If paid by bank transfer, delivery may take longer.
